CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RETIREMENT OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Shareholders are referred to the “Results of Annual General Meeting” announcement released on SENS today
and are hereby advised that in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Italtile (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that, following the annual general
meeting held today, 25 November 2016, wherein Ms Alessia Zannoni, who retired by rotation in terms of the
MOI and who, being eligible, offered herself for re-election as a director of the Company, has retired as a non-
executive director of the Board with immediate effect as a result of ordinary resolution number 1.5, “Re-election
of Ms A Zannoni” not being approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.

The Board thanks Alessia for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
