ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF GROUP PROPERTY PORTFOLIO INFORMATION AND SEGMENTAL
INFORMATION
Shareholders are advised that the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2015 (“AFS”)
and the interim results for the period ended 28 February 2015 (“interim results announcement”) were selected for
review as part of the JSE Limited’s (“JSE”) pro-active monitoring process. Following the review process, the JSE has
requested an announcement to disclose the group information in respect of certain disclosures relating to the property
portfolio.
Shareholders are referred to the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2015, dispatched to
shareholders on Monday, 29 February 2016 (the “August 2015 AFS”) and are advised that the information in respect
of the property portfolio disclosed therein included information for the Company only, and not the Group. The
respective subsidiary companies of Rebosis which include Ascension Properties Limited (Ascension”)
(59% ownership) and New Frontier Limited (“New Frontier”) (62% ownership) released their own full set of financial
statements for the same financial year.
The additional information in respect of the property portfolio for the Group (in accordance with section 13.18 of the
JSE Listings Requirements) is disclosed below.
