RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING IN RELATION TO THE LEWIS SHARE SCHEMES
Shareholders are advised that, at the General Meeting of Lewis held
today, 24 June 2015, all the resolutions, relating to the approval and
the adoption of the Lewis Executive Retention Share Scheme and the
Lewis Long Term and Short Term Executive Performance Share Scheme were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present and
represented by proxy at the meeting.
