Shareholders of Exxaro are advised that the audited annual financial statements 
for the year ended 31 December 2008 posted on 31 March 2009 are unchanged from  
the audited results which were published in the press on 25 February 2009.      
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Exxaro will be held at
Exxaro`s Corporate Centre, Roger Dyason Road, Pretoria West on Friday, 8 May    
2009 at 10:00.  The notice of annual general meeting forms part of the annual   
report.
