DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY REGARDING AN AMENDMENT TO EXISTING
FINANCE ARRANGEMENTS

Shareholders are advised that on 28 August 2026 GRG Investments Proprietary Limited (“GRG Investments”)
agreed terms to amend the existing R13 100 000 three-year loan (the “Loan”) concluded with Investec Bank
Limited (as detailed in previous announcements, the last of which was published on 30 January 2025) by the
reduction of the Loan to R11 808 142.30 (the “Amendment”). In terms of the security agreement related to the
Loan, 2 626 730 Equites are pledged as security.

As Riaan Gous is a director and sole shareholder of GRG Investments, the Amendment constitutes a dealing in
securities by an associate of a director. The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance was obtained.
