APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND AUDIT AND
RISK COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nonzukiso ("Zukie") Siyotula as an
independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect
from 8 September 2025.

Zukie holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of Witswatersrand,
a Masters in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and is a
qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa). She is the Chief Executive Officer of Siyotula
Holdings, a 100% female-owned and managed investment holding company specialising in
advisory services and strategic investments across key economic sectors.

Zukie brings extensive board and governance experience serving on various boards,
including as the independent non-executive chair of York Timbers and an independent non-
executive director of African Bank. In addition, she serves on various non-profit orgainisations
and is a Professor of Practice at the University of Johannesburg Business School.

Her leadership has been recognised both locally and internationally. Zukie was named a
World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (2016), is a Desmond Tutu Fellow, an Aspen
Institute Leadership Fellow, and a member of the International Women's Forum South Africa.
Earlier in her career, she was selected as one of the Mail & Guardian's Top 200 Young South
Africans (2011) and has been recognised in the Choiseul 100 Africa ranking of rising African
leaders.

The Board welcomes Zukie and looks forward to her valuable contribution.

Mr Harvey Christophers is heareby appointed as a member of the Altron Audit and Risk
Committee with immediate effect.
