CHANGE IN INDEPENDENT AUDITOR FROM FINANCIAL YEAR 2024

Following a tender process, shareholders are advised that the Board, as recommended by the
Audit and Compliance Committee, have appointed Deloitte & Touche (“Deloitte”) as the
Company’s independent auditor for the 2024 financial year commencing 2 April 2023 and ending
30 March 2024, with Camilla Howard-Browne as the designated audit partner, subject to
shareholders’ approval at the 2023 annual general meeting.

Deloitte will replace Ernst & Young (“EY”) who remain the Company’s auditors for the current
2023 financial year.

The Board welcomes the opportunity to appoint new auditors in the interests of embracing audit
firm rotation and good corporate governance principles. The Board sincerely thanks EY for their
work with the Company over the years and welcomes Deloitte as the new external auditors of the
Company.
