CHANGE TO BOARD: APPOINTMENT OF MR TR NGARA AS A FULL DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Tapiwa Ngara, who had previously been appointed as an alternate non-executive
director to Mr Sam Sithole on the Sun International Board, has been appointed as a full director
with effect from Friday, 20 November 2020.

Tapiwa, who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), is an experienced corporate finance
professional who currently serves as an Investment Director and member of the Investment
Committee at Value Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd. Previously, he fulfilled the roles as Group
Corporate Development Manager at Vivo Energy Plc in the UK, and as an investment banker at
Goldman Sachs based in London.

Tapiwa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from London Business School,
where he graduated with Distinction.
