TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2015

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a
listed company is required to publish a trading statement as
soon as it becomes aware that the financial results for the
next period to be reported on will show a 20% or more
difference from those of the previous corresponding period.

CMH hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that, for the year ended 28 February 2015:

–   Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) is expected to
    increase by between 20% and 30%, resulting in a HEPS of
    between 188,0 cents and 203,7 cents per share as compared
    with 156,7 cents per share for the comparative period; and

–   Earnings per share (“EPS”) is expected to increase by
    between 0% and 10%, resulting in an EPS of between 156,8
    cents and 172,5 cents per share as compared with 156,8
    cents per share for the comparative period.


This financial information has not been reviewed and reported
on by the auditors of CMH. The results for the year ended
28 February 2015 are expected to be published on or about
22 April 2015.
