In Glencore's 2025 preliminary results announcement, released on the Stock Exchange News Service of JSE Limited
on 18 February 2026, the Board of Directors declared an aggregate distribution of US$0.17 per ordinary share. Subject
to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on Thursday, 28 May 2026, the distribution will be made from the
capital contribution reserves of the Company in two equal tranches of US$0.085, payable in the first six months of the
2026 financial year (H1) and second six months of the 2026 financial year (H2).
The currency exchange rate applicable for the distribution payable to shareholders on the Glencore plc South African
branch register has been determined by reference to the close of business exchange rate applicable to the South
African Rand on Wednesday, 22 April 2026. This rate is as follows:
Dematerialisation and rematerialisation of registered share certificates in South Africa may not be effected during the
period from Wednesday 6 May 2026 to Friday 8 May 2026, both days inclusive, nor will transfers between the Jersey
register and the South African register be permitted between Thursday, 30 April and Friday, 8 May 2026, both dates
inclusive.
This H1 distribution will be paid on Wednesday, 3 June 2026.
