CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES OF CLIENTELE LIMITED

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Barry Stott will be stepping down as a director of
Clientèle General Insurance Limited and 1Life Insurance (RF) Limited and also as a
member of the Risk Committee and the Investment Committee of Clientèle, with
effect from 17 February 2026.

Mr. Stott will remain as a director of Clientèle and Clientèle Life Assurance
Company Limited and as a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee given
his expertise and wealth of institutional knowledge.

These changes to the Board Committees are as result of a phased approach to Mr Stott's
planned retirement from the various Boards and sub-committees of the Group which have
been planned by the Nominations Committee in consultation with Mr Stott.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Barry Stott for his
valuable contributions to the Board of Clientèle General Insurance Limited and 1Life
Insurance (RF) Limited, as well as for his dedicated service as a member of the Risk
Committee and Investment Committee during his tenure.
