RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Shareholders are advised that in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
Mr Enrique Cibie, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has decided that he will be
retiring from the Sun International board effective 31 December 2022.

Enrique, who joined the board in 2014, is a Chilean citizen and currently serves as a non-executive
director on various boards in Chile. He was instrumental in assisting Sun International in developing its
footprint throughout Latam and will continue to assist the Sun International group as a consultant until
it finally exits its investments in Latam. In addition to serving on the Company’s board, Enrique was also
a member of the audit, remuneration and risk committees of Sun International and chaired the financial
review and risk as well as the nomination and remuneration committees of Sun Dreams.

The board takes this opportunity of thanking Enrique for his invaluable contribution which he has made
to the Sun International and Sun Dreams boards over the last eight years.
