Shareholders are advised that the NEPI Rockcastle’s Annual Report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the “2021 Annual Report”), on which the auditors
expressed an unmodified audit opinion, will be published today, 24 March 2022 on the Company’s website.
The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 were previously published
on 23 February 2022.
