CHANGE TO DESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Dr. Sedise Moseneke will step down as an executive director of the Company and assume the position of non-
executive director and member of the Property and Investment Committee with effect from 1 September 2020.

Dr Moseneke will be taking up the position of CEO of the Encha Group (“Encha”) which is an investment
holding company controlled by the Moseneke family. Encha is Vukile’s strategic empowerment partner and holds
a stake of 6.74% in Vukile. Dr Moseneke’s decision to take up the new role is driven primarily by the need to
strengthen the executive team at Encha and to assist with the growth trajectory and diversification of Encha.

The Board would like to thank Dr. Moseneke for his invaluable contribution as an executive and to Vukile’s
transformation strategy, most notably the conceptualisation and launch of the Vukile Academy in 2018. The
Board looks forward to his further contribution as a non-executive director of the Company.
