In compliance with paragraph 3.63 – 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, we provide the following information regarding the
exercise of share options by net settlement. The calculation for the net
settlement mechanism is based upon the closing share price of R138.47 per
ARM share on 24 October 2014.

In terms of The ARM Share Incentive Scheme the share options described
below expire on 1 November 2014, if not exercised by that date.
