CHANGE TO ROLE OF DIRECTOR

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 14 October 2022 wherein, in
accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), it was
announced that following the nomination received from the Black Management Investment
Forum Limited ("BMFI”), Mr Bhekokuhle Sibiya (“Bheki”) had been reappointed as a non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 14 October 2022

Shareholders are advised that Bheki has now resigned from BMFI. Due to his role in the former
turnaround board and good knowledge of the challenges facing the Company, the remaining
Board members have requested Bheki to remain as a Board member, to which he has agreed,
which will now render him as an independent non-executive director. BMFI will have the right to
nominate another representative to the Board in due course in terms of the original share
subscription agreement signed with BMFI.

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the Board of the
Company wishes to advise that the role of Mr Bhekokuhle Sibiya has changed from non-executive
director to independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
