SUPPLEMENT TO EACH FINAL TERMS FOR EXISTING UBS ACTIVELY MANGED CERTIFICATES
(“THE NOTES”)

Holders and prospective investors are advised that a supplement to each of
the Final Terms for the above list of existing UBS Actively Managed
Certificates has been published.

Holders   and prospective investors are reminded that effective 01 July 2022,
the JSE   Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”) amendments expanded the
current   Section 19 (Specialist Securities) to include specific provisions
dealing   with the listing of Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs).

AMCs which were previously regulated under the Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs)
listing requirements will now be regulated under the new requirements and
will migrate from the ETN Trading Sector to the new AMC Trading Sector, but
within the same Trading Segment ZA06 (Exchange Traded Products).

This is following the amendment of the JSE Listing Requirements relating to
Section 19 (Specialist Securities) regarding specific provisions dealing
with listing of Actively Managed Certificates. The supplement brings all
UBS’ existing actively manged certificates in-line with the latest amended
JSE Listing Requirements providing increased disclosure for investors.
