On 29 March 2019 the independent Trustee of the British American Tobacco Group
Employee Trust released the following number of British American Tobacco p.l.c. 25p
ordinary shares (the “Shares”) granted to the following Executive Directors and persons
discharging managerial responsibilities under the 2016 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme
(“2016 Award”). Subsequent sales of shares are also set out below.
