TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2018

Mr Price Group is currently finalising its annual financial results for the year ended 31 March 2018. In this
regard, shareholders are advised that earnings are likely to be higher than those reported for the previous
corresponding reporting period, as follows:
