TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as
they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period to be reported on will
differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous
corresponding period.

Accordingly, a review by management of the financial results for
the year ended 30 June 2012, has indicated that earnings per share
are likely to be between 1.2 cents and 1.8 cents per share whilst
headline earnings per share are expected to be between 3.0 cents
and 4.1 cents. Although the results are lower than the prior
year, the results represent a significant turnaround in
performance from the losses incurred in the first half of the
financial year.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based
has not been reviewed and reported on by Comair’s external
auditors.

The results for the year ended 30 June 2012 are expected to be
released on SENS by 11 September 2012.
