SHAREHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Mr Price Group will be hosting shareholder engagement sessions ahead of its annual
general meeting ("AGM") scheduled for Wednesday, 27 August 2025.
The engagement sessions will be held on Monday, 18 August 2025, and shareholders can register to participate by
emailing klechman@mrpricegroup.com by Friday, 15 August 2025.
The aim of these sessions is to provide engagement opportunities for shareholders with the group's non-executive
directors, in relation to the resolutions which will be tabled at the AGM for shareholder approval, as set out in the
group's notice of AGM available on the group's website at
