UPDATE REGARDING RESULTS PRESENTATION LIVE WEBCAST


NEPI Rockcastle advises that due to the 2023 BRICS Summit taking place in Sandton, Johannesburg from 22 August
2023 to 24 August 2023, the Company will no longer be hosting the results presentation in respect of the financial results
for the six months ended 30 June 2023 at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on Wednesday, 23 August 2023.

Stakeholders may follow the results presentation via webcast or conference call commencing at 10:00 Central European
time / 10:00 South Africa time on Wednesday, 23 August 2023. Webcast registration link and dial in details will be
available on the home page of the Company’s website in due course.
