AFRICAN RAINBOW MINERALS LIMITED (ARM) ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders are hereby advised that
Ms Jongisa Magagula will be stepping down as the ARM Executive Director: Investor Relations and New
Business Development effective from 31 July 2023.

The Executive Chairman of ARM, Dr Patrice Motsepe, said: “I would like to express our gratitude to Jongisa
for the good work she did as ARM Executive Director: Investor Relations and New Business Development.
We wish her everything of the best in her future endeavours.”
