APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mohsin Tajbhai
(“Mr Tajbhai”) has been appointed as an executive director of the Company, with effect from
28 November 2018.

Mr Tajbhai is a professional structural engineer with a Master’s degree in engineering from
the University of Cape Town (“UCT”). Mr Tajbhai also holds a Master’s degree in Business
Administration from the Graduate School of Business at UCT. He started his career at GPI
as the chief operating officer (“COO”) of manufacturing and properties and progressed to
group COO. Prior to his career at GPI, Mr Tajbhai served as the chief executive officer of a
large Cape Town based civil engineering company.

The Board welcomes Mr Tajbhai and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
