DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 September 2016. The distribution of 32.39101 cents per PropTrax TEN security will be
comprised as follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                            5.93447 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         0.89017 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                  5.04430 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               26.45654 cents
 (No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
 holders)
 Non-residents:
 Local Dividends withholding Tax (15%)                                                  3.96848 cents
 Net dividend                                                                          22.48806 cents



The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN securities who were recorded in the register
on 30 September 2016 and will be paid on 20 October 2016.
