(“MSOP”), the grant shares (B3 ordinary shares), held by the
Hulamin Management Share Ownership Trust and which were
allocated to the executive director, and which are not
subject to a strike price, were converted to Hulamin ordinary
shares on 1 August 2012. Those shares that vested were
delivered to the executive director on 13 August 2012.
