Notification of Change of Auditor Effective FY2026

Master Drilling Group Limited
(Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa)
(Registration number 2011/008265/06)
JSE share code: MDI
ISIN: ZAE000171948
("Master Drilling" or the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR EFFECTIVE FY2026

Shareholders are advised that following the conclusion of a tender process, and upon the
recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company appoints Deloitte
as the Independent Registered External Auditor of Master Drilling and its subsidiaries ("the
Group") for the year ending 31 December 2026, to replace BDO South Africa ("BDO") who is still
the current appointed External Auditor for the current year ending 31 December 2025.

The Individual Registered Auditor who will undertake the audit for the Group during the financial
year ending 31 December 2026 is Michelle Cronje.

Deloitte will shadow BDO as External Auditor for the current financial year ending 31 December
2025 to gain experience and to familiarise themselves with the Group.

The change in auditors was initiated by the Company due to the length of time that BDO has served
as the Group's External Auditor and the Company's decision to implement audit firm rotation on a
voluntary basis.

Shareholders will be requested to approve the above appointment at the Company's next annual
general meeting (the "2026 AGM").
