IMPACT OF SOCIAL UNREST ON STOR-AGE WATERFALL


Shareholders will be aware of the ongoing violence and looting currently affecting large parts of South Africa,
particularly KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

Stor-Age Waterfall (127 Brackenhill Road and 1 Nguni Way) located in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal, has been
extensively looted and then certain parts of the property set on fire. All fires have now been extinguished. As
the situation remains volatile within the greater area, the full extent of the damage has not yet been fully
assessed.

Stor-Age has appropriate levels of SASRIA cover in place from both a capital and income perspective.

Thus far, no other Stor-Age properties have been damaged by the unrest and significant measures have been
taken to further safeguard the entire portfolio throughout South Africa.

Stor-Age will continue to update the market as matters develop further.
