CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Pembury (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Shelley Thomas ("Shelley") has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board sincerely thanks Shelley for her valuable contribution towards the turnaround of the
Company thus far and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
