APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 5 October 2020, wherein
shareholders were advised of the resignation of the Company Secretary effective 31 December 2020. In
terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders are advised that Ms Chantell
Crouse (“Chantell”) has been appointed as Company Secretary of ADvTECH Limited with effect from 01
January 2021.


The Board is satisfied that Chantell has the competence, experience and skills to fulfil the role.
