NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMRs
Sirius Real Estate announces that awards granted to 2 participants, Mr. Andrew Coombs
and Mr. Alistair Marks, under the Sirius Real Estate Limited 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan
(the "2017 DBP"), vested on 15 June 2020 in respect of 393,555 ordinary shares of no par
value in the Company.
81,463 shares have been withheld in settlement of Mr Alistair Marks’ tax liabilities arising
in respect of the vesting of the awards and, accordingly, 312,092 shares in total will be
transferred from the Sirius Real Estate Employee Benefits Trust to the participants as set
out below.
