 NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BEE
 COMPLIANCE REPORT

 1.   No Change Statement

      Assore shareholders are advised that Assore is posting its integrated annual report,
      including its audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2019
      today, being Tuesday, 29 October 2019. The integrated annual report is also
      available on the Company’s website at www.assore.com.

      Assore is not required to publish an abridged report at this date as the financial
      information is unchanged from the provisional reviewed results announcement
      made on Thursday, 5 September 2019. The annual financial statements were
      audited by Ernst & Young Inc. and their audit report is available for inspection at
      Assore`s registered office.


 2.   Notice of Annual General Meeting

      Notice is hereby given that Assore’s annual general meeting will be held at 15
      Fricker Road, Illovo Boulevard, Johannesburg on Friday, 29 November 2019 at
      10:30 to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
      posted to shareholders by registered post today, being Tuesday, 29 October 2019.

      The record date for the purposes of determing which shareholders of the Company
      are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 22
      November 2019. Accordingly, the last day to trade in Assore shares in order to be
      recorded in the register to be entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general
      meeting is Tuesday, 19 November 2019.

3.    B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report
      In compliance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the Listings
      Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Assore’s annual
      compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic
      Empowerment (“B-BBE”) Act will be submitted to the B-BBEE Commission on 1
      November 2019 and is available on the Company’s website at
      www.assore.com/empowerment/.
