On 6 September 2016, Soumen Das, an Executive Director of the Company exercised 145,288 nil
cost share options awarded in 2013 under the Company’s Performance Share Plan.

Following the exercise 68,457 shares were sold at a price of £2.958 per share to cover tax and other
liabilities arising on the exercise. The 76,831 shares remaining thereafter were settled in Soumen
Das’ own name.
