RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS         
Results of annual general meeting                                               
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Italtile held at
the registered office of the company on 30 November 2007, all the resolutions as
set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed by the requisite    
majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy.                       
Changes to the board of directors                                               
The Italtile Group is pleased to announce the appointments of Messrs Giuseppe   
Zannoni and Gary Morolo to the board of Italtile with effect from 1 December    
2007.                                                                           
Mr Zannoni is currently a director of Ceramic Industries Limited.  He has been  
involved in the manufacture of Ceramic tiles since 1961 owning several          
manufacturing businesses in the process. Prior to joining the Board of Ceramics 
Mr Zannoni was a shareholder and director of Cisa Cerdisa, one of the largest   
tile manufacturing companies in Italy, a position he had until his retirement in
2001.  As a leading industrialist in Italy he brings 45 years of experience in  
the manufacture and global distribution of ceramic tiles. This appointment is a 
continuation of Italtile`s commitment to bring to the board of directors        
appropriate industry knowledge to support its businesses objectives.            
Mr. Morolo is one of 3 principals of AKA Capital, a private equity and          
investment holding company. In addition to board memberships of AKA Capital`s   
investee companies, he is chairman of Datacentrix Holdings Limited and a former 
board member of the Financial Services Board. AKA Capital is one of the BEE     
partners party to Italtile`s BEE Transaction.                                   
Furthermore, shareholders are advised that Mr John Couzis has resigned as a non-
executive director from the board of Italtile with effect from 1 December 2007. 
The Italtile board would like to thank Mr Couzis for his valuable contribution  
during the years of his involvement with the Italtile Group.
