INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL: TRADING UPDATE


SPAR shareholders are hereby advised that the Group will release its trading update for the 18 weeks
ended 30 January 2026 on Monday, 23 February 2026.


Management will host an investor conference call from 09:00 to 09:30 (SAST) on the same day to
discuss the Group's trading performance and recent executive leadership changes.
