NEPI ROCKCASTLE TO HOST A CAPITAL MARKETS DAY ON 1 OCTOBER 2024


NEPI Rockcastle will be hosting a Capital Markets Day on 1 October 2024 in Bucharest, Romania, providing
stakeholders with the opportunity to meet the Company's executive and non-executive Board members, regional
management teams, and some of their strategic partners.

The agenda will include presentations and panels on current market and macroeconomic trends, CEE retail and real
estate overview and will provide insights into the Company's strategic vision, corporate goals, growth opportunities and
pathway to a sustainable future. The Capital Markets Day will be conducted in a hybrid format, with participants invited
to join the event in-person in Bucharest, or online via webcast or conference call on the day.

After the presentations, NEPI Rockcastle will be organising tours of the Company's properties and developments in
Bucharest.
