APPOINTMENT OF BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBER

Truworths International Limited (the ‘Company’) announces the following board
committee appointment, with effect from 3 July 2023, in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements:

   •   Ms Dawn Earp, who has been an independent non-executive director of the
       Company since 20 May 2021 and a member of the Company’s Audit Committee
       since 1 July 2021, has been appointed as a member of the Company’s Risk
       Committee.
