          CHANGE IN LAST DAY TO TRADE ON THE SOUTH AFRICAN REGISTER FOR THE
                               FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND

On 6 December 2022, the Company announced its fourth interim dividend for the year ended
30 September 2022, together with the dividend timetable (“Announcement”).

Due to the subsequent declaration by the South African President that Tuesday, 27 December 2022 will be a
South African public holiday, the last day to trade for investors to be reflected as shareholders on the South
African register for the purposes of the fourth dividend, has been amended to Friday, 23 December 2022.

All of the remaining dates contained in the Announcement are unaffected and remain unchanged.

The Company has a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited.
