CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of Directors of Rebosis
(“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Ms Monica Khumalo, an independent
non-executive director, has resigned from the Board and its sub-committees with
effect from 25 August 2022 as a result of conflicting business opportunities and
time constraints.

The Board would like to thank Ms Khumalo for her contribution and services to the
Company and wishes her all the success for her future endeavours.

An update to the Board committee compositions will be communicated in due course.
