CHANGE TO THE BOARD


In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders are advised that Mr MZ Mkhize, an
executive director of the Company and the Managing Director of Rolled Products, resigned from the
Hulamin Board of Directors (“the Board”) with effect from 28 February 2020.

Moses joined Hulamin in 1982 and the Board would like to extend its sincere thanks to him for his valuable
contribution to the Company and the Board over many years.
