POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders and bondholders ("security holders") are referred to the SENS announcement released on 28 September 2018
and are advised that the notice of annual general meeting and the integrated report, which includes the Company's full
remuneration report and the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 (on which the auditors
expressed an unmodified audited opinion), was dispatched to security holders today, Tuesday, 9 October 2018. The integrated
report is available on the Company's website, https://cmsignition.co.za/download/files_1208/Integratedreport30June3.pdf.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Resilient, which will be held at the Company's registered
office, 4th Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia on Wednesday, 7 November 2018 at 14h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 30 October 2018
and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 2 November 2018.
Security holders are advised that the Company's B-BBEE annual compliance report for the year ended 30 June 2018 ("the report"),
in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, is currently being verified and a further announcement in respect of the
publication of the report will be released in due course.
