DIRECTORS AND DIRECTORS OF ITS MAJOR SUBSIDIARIES
In compliance with clauses 3.63 and 3.64 of the JSE Listings Requirements notice
is hereby given that, as at 30 March 2007, the directors listed below accepted
incentive awards as indicated:

upon the achievement of group performance
targets over a period of 3 years ("LTIP
