CORRECTION TO TRADING STATEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on SENS on 11 May 2023, and are advised that the
distributable income per share for the six-month period to 28 February 2023 is likely to be between 85 cents
and 89 cents per share, and not 81 and 99 cents per share as contained in the trading statement of 11 May 2023.
The percentages contained in the trading statement of 11 May 2023 were correct and remain unchanged.
