KRUGERRAND CUSTODIAL CERTIFICATE: CLAUSE 11 NOTIFICATION

In line with clause 11 of the offering circular dated 21 October 2014 (clause 11 and offering circular,
respectively), investors are advised that 4 Krugerrand coins (the coins) constituting less than 0.2% of the
inventory held by Brink’s Southern Africa Proprietary Limited (the custodian) are unaccounted for. FRB wishes to
notify investors that an assessment of the quantum of the loss has taken place and confirms that the total loss is
within the ZAR 3 000 000.00 threshold, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the offering circular. FRB has
replaced these coins, bringing the records of the custodian in balance again.

FRB further confirms that the procedures set out in clause 11 will be duly followed and that the loss covered
amounts to ZAR 123 241.51, and the remaining balance of the loss threshold is ZAR 2 743 685.13. Investors
can contact Raymond Phillips on +27 11 269 9140 for confirmation of the remaining balance of the loss
threshold.

Investors are further advised that the 2021 audit report of underlying asset holdings with the custodian will be
made available in due course.
