1.DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT


Shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report ("IAR"),
which incorporates a summary of the group’s Audited Annual Financial
Statements (hereinafter referred to as Summary Financial Statements) is
available today on the group's website,
https://www.lewisgroup.co.za/investors/integrated-annual-reports.


The Summary financial Statements contain no material modification to
The    Audited       Annual   Financial    Statements      and     Summary   Financial
Statements that were published on SENS on 27 May 2021.


2.    BROAD-BASED     BLACK   ECONOMIC    EMPOWERMENT     ACT    ("THE   ACT"):   ANNUAL
COMPLIANCE REPORT


In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of
the    JSE    Listings    Requirements,    notice    is    hereby    given   that    the
Company's BBBEE annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of
the     Act    has     been    published     on     the    Company's      website    at
https://www.lewisgroup.co.za/about-us/b-bbee.


3. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 22 October 2021. The Notice
of AGM will be posted to shareholders by the end of August 2021.
