RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of section 3.59b of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors of Clientèle hereby
announces the resignation of Ms. Fatima Roberts as Company Secretary with effect
from 11 September 2025.

The Board is in the process of sourcing a replacement Company Secretary and
will announce such new appointment in due course. In the interim, Mr. Thelani
Luthuli who is the Group Legal Counsel, will act as the Group Company Secretary
assisted by the Group Assistant Company Secretary.

The Board is confident these transitions will go smoothly and without disruption.
