CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into negotiations regarding the introduction of additional equity
capital, which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities.

In addition, the Company is considering a restructuring of the long-term debt and other financial instruments on its balance
sheet. The potential outcome and impact of this restructuring process has yet to be determined.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a detailed
announcement is made.
