DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company has been notified of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each
(“Shares”) by Directors of the Company.

On 17 December 2021, Directors exercised share awards granted to them under the Company’s 2008 Long
Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) and 2017 Deferred Bonus Share Plan (“Bonus Plan”), as outlined below:

share in order to satisfy the tax liability crystallising as a result of exercise of the options.
