Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 December 2020
relating to the disposal by Grindrod Trading Holdings Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Grindrod, of its
entire shareholding in Senwes Limited.

Shareholders are hereby advised that all conditions precedent have been fulfilled on 30 March 2021.
