CHANGE TO BOARD AND COMMITTEE COMPOSITION – APPOINTMENT OF
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND MEMBER OF RISK COMMITTEE

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, City Lodge is pleased to announce that Mr
Stephen Enderle has been appointed as a non-executive
director to the City Lodge Hotels Limited Board and member
of the Risk Committee, with effect from 1 April 2021.

Mr Enderle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a CFA
charterholder and MBA (INSEAD) graduate with executive &
non-executive experience gained with various South African
& international companies across a range of sectors,
including hospitality, banking, finance, commodities and
property, which will complement and enhance the existing
skills on the Board.

The board would like to congratulate Mr Enderle on his
appointment and welcome him to the board.
